This project was created for an advanced graphic design course focused on book design (PUB331) at Simon Fraser University. The objective was to design a book using provided text, incorporating appropriate imagery and typography to enhance the reading experience.

Key Highlights:

Typography and Layout Design: Demonstrates a strong understanding of microtypography and effective layout design principles.

Imagery Creation: Leveraged Adobe Illustrator’s AI features to generate illustrations, which were then meticulously edited to align with the book’s context and aesthetic requirements.

Print Design: Book size, bleeds, paper weight and quality were considered for the final printed book. The cover was also Cricut with a layer of textured paper underneath to create uniqueness and appeal for the cover.
